Who we are

StaffingSolutions.io is Queensland-headquartered and Australian-owned, with dedicated teams in Manila and Australian client success managers. We serve businesses across Australia and the United States.

We're not a job board or a marketplace. We recruit, employ and manage every team member ourselves — so our clients get output and our team members get fair, stable work. That two-sided care is why our placements last.

What we stand for

  • Dedicated, not shared — your team member works only for you.
  • Fully managed — recruitment, employment, HR and performance on us.
  • Zero risk to you — no placement fee, money-back first week, free replacement.
  • Fair for our team — stable roles, benefits and Australian-standard management.
  • NDIS specialists — our flagship, and a genuine area of depth.

The model

How the arrangement actually works

Most people meet three different things called "a VA" and assume they work the same way. They don't, and the difference is who carries the employment. On a freelance marketplace you contract an individual directly and carry the risk yourself. With a BPO you buy seat-hours from a shared pool and rarely meet the person. With us, the person in Manila is on our books — we handle their engagement, pay and HR — and you direct their work as if they sat in your office.

That split matters more than the hourly rate. It decides who chases a replacement when someone resigns, who runs payroll in a foreign currency, who handles a performance conversation, and who is left short-staffed when something goes wrong. In our model that's all us. What you keep is the part that actually needs you: deciding what the work is and how it should be done.

We employContract, payroll, statutory contributions, leave and HR sit with us in the Philippines.

You own the outputWork, files and accounts created for you belong to your business, in writing.
Plainly

What we are not

It's a crowded category and the labels get used loosely, so here is the honest version of what we don't do.

  • Not a marketplace. You aren't browsing profiles and negotiating with strangers. We do the sourcing and interviewing, and we carry the employment relationship afterwards.
  • Not a call centre or BPO. Nobody is shared across three accounts or measured on calls-per-hour. Your team member works your hours, on your work, and gets to know your business.
  • Not a recruitment agency. Agencies are paid to place someone and then leave. We're paid for as long as the placement works, which is a very different incentive.
  • Not an AI product. These are people. We use good tooling internally, but nothing on this site is a chatbot in a headshot.
Fit

Who we suit — and who we don't

We turn down work regularly, because a bad placement costs you more than the rate ever saves. Roughly, this is the line.

Usually a strong fit
  • You have repeatable work that already has a process, or you're willing to write one.
  • You want one person to grow into the role over years, not a task rented by the hour.
  • Someone in your business has 2–3 hours a week to lead and review, especially in month one.
  • Your systems are cloud-based, or can be reached securely from outside the office.
Where we sit

Australia and the Philippines, on purpose

The Queensland side of the business exists so you have someone accountable in your timezone, on your terms, under Australian law. The Manila side exists because that's where the talent is, and because employing people properly there — rather than treating them as disposable contractors — is what makes placements last past the six-month mark.

Our team works Australian business hours by default and covers US time zones for American clients. It isn't a night-shift arrangement dressed up: shifts are set with the team member up front, and paid accordingly.

If security and confidentiality are the question on your mind, that has its own page — is it safe to hire an offshore VA? covers device policy, access control and the practical risks worth planning for.

Questions

Frequently asked

Where are you based?
Queensland, Australia, with dedicated teams in Manila, Philippines.
Who manages the team members?
We do — recruitment, employment, payroll, HR and performance, with Australian client success managers.
Do you serve US businesses?
Yes — see our United States page; we cover all US time zones.
Is there a minimum term?
Three months, then month to month. It's the same runway you'd give a new local hire to learn your systems, your clients and your standards — and the team members who get a fair run are the ones who stay for years. There are no exit penalties at any point, and if the issue is the person rather than the role, the first-week refund and free replacement cover that separately.
How do you handle confidentiality?
The same way you'd treat any remote team member. Every placement signs an NDA and a confidentiality clause before day one, and they work inside your systems — your email, your CRM, your file storage — so you control what they can see and can revoke access instantly. No client data is stored on our side.
