Our guarantee

The Zero-Risk Placement Promise.

We carry the risk of offshore hiring so you don't have to. Three commitments, in writing, on every placement — try before you pay. Seriously.

1

No placement fee. Ever.

Most agencies charge $500–$2,000 to place a candidate. We charge nothing — you pay only the hourly rate, only once they start.

2

First-week money-back

Not working out by day five? Full refund of your first week. No questions, no awkward conversation.

3

Free replacement, any time

If a placement stops working for any reason, we find you a replacement at no additional cost — however long you've been with us.

See before you decide

We'll send you real candidate profiles.

Not a brochure — actual profiles from our bench: experience, tools, tenure and reference check results. Tell us the role and they're in your inbox today, before you've spent a dollar or booked a call.

Before you ask

Fair questions, straight answers

Is there really no upfront cost?+

None. No placement fee, no setup fee, no recruitment retainer — the three charges that make a local hire expensive before anyone does a day's work. You pay the hourly rate only from the day your team member starts, and only for hours worked. Interviewing candidates costs nothing, and if you meet three and none of them fit, you've spent thirty minutes and no money.

What if it doesn't work out?+

Two things cover you. If it's clearly not right by day five, tell us and your first week is refunded in full — you're out nothing. After that, a free replacement any time for the life of the engagement: we go back to sourcing, you interview again, and there's no second placement fee because there was never a first one. Before it gets to a replacement, though, talk to us. Our HR manager will step in, sit down with you and the team member, and work through what's actually going wrong — most wobbles turn out to be a process gap or an unclear expectation rather than the wrong person, and a fortnight of proper coaching fixes it. Replacing someone is the last resort, not the first move.

Is there a minimum term?+

Three months, then month to month. It's the same runway you'd give a new local hire — nobody learns your systems, clients and standards in a fortnight, and the team members who get a fair run are the ones who stay for years. There are no exit penalties at any point — the three months is an agreement to give the role a fair go, not a debt. If the issue is the person rather than the role, that's covered separately by the first-week refund and free replacement above. After three months it's month to month: scale up, pause or finish with notice.

How do you ensure quality?+

We vet hard so you start from a strong base: reference-checked, English-fluent, experienced in the role, and shortlisted only if we'd hire them ourselves. You interview and choose. From there it works like any employee — they need your induction, your processes and a few weeks learning how your business runs. VAs are exceptional at following a documented process, so the clients who see the fastest results are the ones who hand over a checklist or a screen recording rather than expecting mind-reading. If you haven't documented anything yet, we'll help you start.

How do you handle confidentiality?+

The same way you'd treat any remote team member. Every placement signs an NDA and a confidentiality clause before day one, and they work inside your systems — your email, your CRM, your file storage — so you control what they can see and can revoke access instantly. No client data is stored on our side.

Is $14/hr fair to the team member?+

Yes. We pay well above the going Manila rate for the role — a single higher wage rather than a lower base topped up with benefits, so the person takes home more and decides how to use it. That's what keeps good people with the same client for years instead of churning every six months. The $14/hr is what you pay us all-in, and it goes a great deal further in Manila than it does here.

Do they work my hours?+

Yes. Your team member works your hours, not Manila's — full AEST/AEDT coverage for Australian clients, or a night shift in Manila for US clients so you get someone live during your working day. They're dedicated to you alone: same person, same start time, in your Slack or Teams like anyone else on the team. Full-time (40 hours) and part-time (20 hours) are the standard engagements, and below that we'll shape it around the workload — 15, 10 or even 5 hours a week to get started, priced accordingly.

Thirty minutes.
Zero obligation.
